Limitation of Liability
KANGAROOKARE.CA operates a referral service for families and child care providers.
The names of the child care providers are provided to families by request. KANGAROOKARE.CA does not investigate care providers, except to review a criminal records check obtained within the last twelve (12) months. The parents or guardian has the responsibility for ensuring that the child care arrangement and the provider ultimately
chosen is suitable for the family's needs.
By choosing to use any referral services of KANGAROOKARE.CA, the family expressly agrees to assume any and all risks involved in the selection of the child care provider or facility and to release KANGAROOKARE.CA, its employees or agents, from any and all liability for negligence or breach of duty of care arising in connection with the referral services provided, whether arising in contract or negligence, or in respect of the negligence actions or omissions of any child care provider or occupiers liability whatsoever, and whether arising in connection with the referral services provided, and the parent or guardian shall save KANGAROOKARE.CA harmless and indemnify KANGAROOKARE.CA from any or all actions, claims, proceedings, demands, whatsoever arising out of or in any way related to the referral service or liability for the actions or omissions of any child care provider or of any facility.
